Non-descanned second harmonic imaging

Recordings of simultaneous, non-descanned forward second harmonic generation (SHG) and non-descanned backward 2PE autofluorescence in label-free mouse enthesis organs. Collagen fibers of the Achilles tendon were subsequently analyzed using CT-FIRE.
